staff members participate in include Grafton Christmas Parade,
Grafton Grand Prix, Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, Holidaze and

401-(K) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN
After working at our bank for one year, you are eligible
to participate in our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. Our bank automatically contributes 3% of your salary as a profit sharing
contribution. If you contribute another 1% of your salary, the
bank will match it dollar for dollar, known as the matching contribution.
You may contribute up to 50% of your total annual salary up to
$11,000 per year and you are automatically 100% vested.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
Participation in this plan provides you the benefit of tax savings
by enabling you to pay for certain non-reimbursed medical expenses
and insurance premiums, as well as dependent care expenses, with
before-tax dollars.
